4 。结构是： Odd might / does + 主语 + seem, for he has led a gilded life.
时态保持一致： does / may - - - - has led - - - - .
A. watches B. watch C. is watching D. are watching
解析：选C。由于前面说了现在是八点，所以用现在进行时。句子的主语是Amy ，而后面的her mother不是主语，因为是with连接，不是and.所以谓语动词用is watching 的形式。
题目抄错了吧？
Amy and her mother __are watching___ TV.
选D，1，现在进行时；2，两个人，用are
选 c
with是伴随，主语是Amy。也就是说with her mother是可以省略的。如果是and，则表示连接，也就是主语变成了2个人，要用are watching了
C，
主语是Amy，with her mother是附加成分，不算作主语，所以后面用单数。加上前面的时间提醒，所以是正在看电视，选C。
C with要用就远原则。
