people can stay alive for many days without food, but die in two or three days without enough water.
The world is becoming better and better, but there are still some problems around us. For example, every country has homeless people, they are very poor. Some children, because they can't afford to pay school fees and so had to provide food for the family and child labor. Even worse, some countries still have a terrible war, during the war, many people have been hurt, or even lost their lives. I hope there is no war in the world, people can be happy life, children can receive a good education.
《Differences between Males and Females》As humans, we are divided into males and females. Not only are they physically different from each other, it appears that the way they act are defined by（A is/are defined by B: A被定义为B） gender too.
For example, when boys greet each other, they tend to（tend to...: 倾向于···） punch each other on the shoulder or the arms whereas（whereas：然而） when girls greet their good girlfriends, they usually hold each others' hands.
This is very interesting and may be due to the way we are brought up as males and females as opposed to（A as opposed to B: A与B对比，相对于） our physical differences.
