First, The convenience internet bringing to us is self-evident.

They are good in many ways.
We can learn something on the Internet.
Computers make our work much easier.

If we spend too much time on them, our health will get bad.
If students spend too much time on them, they will get bad grades in their study.
Some even run away from school.
They make their parents and teachers worry.
