楼上的这机器翻译还真够害人的。中国人看了想英语，英国人看了像中文。

这里where指“···的地方”，what指“···的东西”。“where you are headed”是“你所前往的地方”，“what you value”是“你所看重的东西”，显而易见，都是名词性质，所以这两个小句是充当的是宾语成分，而并非是vision的定语从句。至于of是和vision连在一起的，跟where没什么关系。a personal vision of 是“···（什么样的）个人视野/观点”的意思。
综上所述，“你所前往的地方”就是目标，“你所看重的东西”就是价值观，所以上面句子可以翻译为“你对你的目标和价值观有自己的观点。”
后面的那个例子中的where同上。

These people have been living in such terribel condition for generations. 这些人已经在这种可怕的条件下生存了好几辈了
My brother lives a few doors down from me. 我弟弟家和我家只是几步之遥
Christ! What have you done now? 天哪，你现在又做了什么
