As a matter of fact，I am layfolk who works in the drugstore.Though English is just my hobby,nothing in the world can delight me so much as learning English.I have learnt English by
myself for two years.As an old saying goes"Success belongs to the persevering",and I will try my
best to learn English well.
擅自加了几句完善一下。我的翻译大致是这样的，事实上，我只是一个在药店工作的普通人（将后面的我是个很普通的人前移，不会显得繁琐）英语只是我的业余爱后，但是在这世界上（其实这个可以不用，但是加上去可以强调你热爱英语。但如果是作文的话，可能会太显极端，真不是特别喜欢英语的话不要用）没什么比学英语更能让我高兴（如果不想要可以删去，逗号改句号）我已经自学了两年英语。有一句俗语说的好，坚持就是胜利，我将尽我所能去学好英语（不要也可以删去）可能会有打字错误或漏打，请原谅！

外贸邮件要简洁朴实，不需要华丽。几句话点到主题，表达清楚就可以了。能用一句话表达的，千万别写两句，省掉一切能省的废话(不包括适当礼貌性用语)。原文中邮件句子太长太过于繁琐，需要改进。
注意词汇：很多词汇表达的意思并不是单一的，在不同的语句中就能表达出不一样的意思。翻译的时候要注意上下文的观点，正确的运用单词。举例：题目第一句中的”抱歉“，你用"sorry” 和“apologize”都有这个意思，但是考虑到上下文，这里要做为动词的，显然"apologize" 可以用作动词，更加准确。
注意句子的结构：英语中时间状语一般并不固定，可前可后。在翻译时先了解整篇文章的意思，大概的整理好一个顺序，翻译的时候一定要特别注意。举例：题目第四句中“Kindly please let me know“，太生硬了，换个说法”If u have any other better candidates than me ,also pls let me know with thanks ”句意一样，但是读起来要通顺流畅很多。
