general comments：the key aspects that affect communicative competence in daily communication
1 speaking languages
languages itself， which language you use, what kind of words or sentences you use,the length of the sentence, the speed of the words, intotation with dialect or not? the voice sounds big or not, etc.等等，只要你想到的能够影响人与人之间交流效果的都算，这些都能影响人的交际或者起到好的效果，或者不好，只要在这些方面做的好交际能力自然不错，否则自然就不好，甚至存在障碍，比如谈判，是不是要用正式点的语言呢？双反对语言的接受度，对语言的理解，随便发挥吧。

不细说了，太多了，可以百度下，不同文化差异下身势语多的很，有相同的，也有大相径庭的，搞不好就会出笑话，自然交际能力就受影响拉！
每个人在交流时都可能带上自我的感情色彩的，或多或少会影响交流。
比如谈判，应该怎么表现呢？

英语如今在网络上很常见，可以以网络为研究对象，具体看其中不同行业使用的英语词汇，如流行音乐，房地产，网络游戏等。需要上一些国外的网站，也可以同老外网聊，收集信息或调查。
还可以比较一下中文和英文的语法差异，对中国人学英语碰到的问题做一些调查，提出建议。总之如果是大学本科水平的论文，理论上不可能有什么大的突破，只能在实地调查，或是反映一定问题上下功夫，英语的语言学研究都多少年了，能探讨的理论都有了恨深的研究，所以还是从实际出发，那就天地广阔了。
