如果这是一个整个句子的话，那么就用talk。因为这是一个祈使句，开头的动词用原形就好了。这句话补全的话是“You talk something about yourself, please.”但是祈使句省略了主语you. 还有提醒一下，这句话有问题，应该是抄错了，about后面应该直接是yourself。
退一步来说，如果你填talking，那么整个句子没有动词了，talking 是动名词不能作动词。一句话主语已经省略，不可能没有连谓语动词都没了。
