跪求英语高手帮我翻译一下下面的句子！谢谢！~

首先我严重怀疑你打错了很多英文单词。导致翻译起来非常困难。另外，这些句子不是外国人写的吧？怎么感觉好多语法错误。
能勉强翻译的大概是这样。
1。如果你的买的乐透中奖了，希望你可以来看看我
2。（这句，语法就有很大问题。。。你确定没抄错句子么。。。。本人无力翻译）
3。（有语法问题，感觉是用中文思维写的，都看不懂了，勉强翻译的话。。）我会叫你去拿你的护照和论文，或者搞到这些东西的价格，然后再帮你弄到它们。（大概这意思）
4。接着我会查到机票的价格，买一张，然后你就能来看我了。
5。如果你通过了你的下一次考试，我就在你生日的时候送你去加拿大一个星期。
6。用这种方式我们就可以很好的了解对方了。
7。（烂语法啊，乱用单词。这是中国人写给你的信么？）大概意思是：这样的话，你就有一个学期的时间问你爹妈同意不，就是如果你期末成绩好的话，去加拿大玩一个星期这个事，“我”也用同样的方式跟“我”儿子做了约定，他说他想去法国，然后他去了。
8。帮一个在英国的朋友给家里添置了很多东西。
9。（你这句话没抄完是不是？）帮别人的时候让我感觉很棒。
10。这句话我估计他是想问你：你喜欢文言文还是白话，这样的话他可以用正确的方式翻译，你才能读得懂。
