三楼说的好像不对，同位语好像必须要用that 来引导的吧
四楼说的更不对了，在这个句子里不缺少宾语，何须用一个句子来做宾语呢？因为idea 本身就是句子的宾语阿。
我觉得应该可以理解为是一个用what引导的定语从句吧。

选D。what the meaning of the word is 是idea的同位语从句，疑问句做从句要用陈述句形式
