National Student Loan is a national aid measure which is to improve the aid sysytem by using financial means in the condition of socialist market economy and to reinforce the power toward the students from poor family in general universities. It is led by the Government, throught financial discount, gathering financial agencies and universities to give banks a certain risk compensation, co-operation by banking, education administration and the Universities to help poor college students to obtain bank loans.

With the expanding scale of higher education, the studens from poor rural families and in urban laid-off workers fanmilies are increasing, and the college tuition has also soared in recent years. Helping poor students' paying for the tuition has become a urgent problem, however, the student loan is different from the general loan which it is no need for the mortgage or guarantees, so greatly the credit risk is increased that it makes banks reduce the enthusiasm for this. It seriously impedes the development of student loans. So, how to improve our student loan credit system and to control the credit risk of lending process,and to speed up the construction of social credit system in China, has become the common concerns of government, society and schools, and other aspects at present. In connection with the difficulties encountered in the process, this paper describes the constraints of the five factors of student loan, to overcome the constraints of the five measures and to accelerate the pace of student loans to solve urgent problem of college students from the familiesto with financial difficulties to enter colleges and universities.

Private businesses have been contributing significantly to the steady and healthy development of the social economy in China, and they have been greasing the wheels of our economy. Currently, although the positive elements are increasing as our economy runs, the fundamental of recovery is still unbalanced and not yet constant, plus the uncertainty of the global financial crisis,the pressure upon exterior demand is still significant, which means that many domestic firms are producing an evident surplus. The development of our economy is yet lacking the motivation and energy to face crisis or conquer difficulties, in the short run expanding domestic demand would be a hard won. Private businesses development is facing tough challenges.

This essay utilised theoretical analysis as basis, assessed the flotation of loan for the private businesses in current situation, including the internal flatation of loan features and external difficulties of private sector. The reason of "hard flotation of loan"is analysed and emphasised in the essay, and ultimate suggestions are made to improve our private sector loaning environment, which includes the overall thinking to the solutions to loaning problems of private firms, and particular methods to create a relaxed market for flotation of loans.

I am having a vacation, seeks for some frequently about the commercial aspect concurrent job, through these concurrent jobs, I may the more thorough understanding trade, and utilizes the commercial knowledge which familiar oneself learn. 3. I thought that the study commercial course will be quite easy in future employment prospect, because in present's society, the economic development is rapid, will cause the trade to be ubiquitous, any place needs to use the commercial aspect talented person.
