两句话都对，比较级中，正规的用法是
I run faster than he does. 因为than是个连词，后面跟句子，he does＝he runs
后面的does可以省略，所以可以说
I run faster than he.
在口语当中，可以用宾格的him代替he．
I run faster than him.
