I make a monthly payment of 470.89 pounds to the school for my accommodation. Firstly,I don't think this is a malicious overdraft, as I didn't do it on purpose. It is the first time that such a hassle has happned to me.
Secondly,I was previously not familiar with the financial rules in the UK. If I had learnt that overdraft would result in such a heavy fine I would have paid more attention to my account balance.
Thirdly, I will transfer all my money in my savings account to my current account, in order to avoid the suchlike situation.
Fourthly, I am an overseas student from China, and have no source of income. This fine is too heavy for me.
I would therefore request the bank to accept my application, and to cancel this fine

My over draft limit is showed to be o pound ,i thought it means not allowed to over draft.
but the fact is that over draft is allowed and as a result i should pay for penalty,the bank information is misleading,they should take the responsibility.
The bank did not notify me in advance that if i over draft there will be a 30 pounds penalty to my account until i had done it, it is not honest.
If they had emailed me or sent the warning to me by TXT, i would have transfered the money to my account , but they had not.
And,the penalty information arrived to me immediately i over drafted,so there was no time for me to trasfer accounts. 大体就是这个给分哈
